Pricing, MOQ & lead times
Straight answers on pricing, minimums and lead times
Custom manufacturing means the price depends on your choices, but the way we price is simple, and we'd rather explain it upfront than hide it behind a contact form.
How pricing works
Five things decide your price
Custom manufacture isn't a catalogue with fixed prices, but it is predictable. Your quote is built from these five inputs:
1. Quantity
The biggest lever. Larger runs spread setup and cutting costs, so unit prices drop meaningfully at volume.
2. Fabric choice
Heavy-duty cotton, shweshwe, ankara or RPET felt: each carries a different fabric cost. Compare fabrics.
3. Bag complexity
A flat tote sews faster than a lined roll-top backpack with padded laptop sleeve. Features add hands-on hours.
4. Branding
Method, number of colours and placements. See branding options.
5. Delivery
Couriered from Cape Town to anywhere in South Africa. We quote delivery to your city upfront, no surprises.
+ Your deadline
Not a cost line, but the thing we plan around. Tell us your event date first and we work backwards from it.
