Branding methods
Ways to put your brand on fabric
- Screen & digital printing: crisp logos and event marks, from single-colour prints to full-colour artwork.
- Embroidery: stitched logos with a premium, tactile finish that lasts as long as the bag.
- Appliqué & fabric branding: logos built from cut fabric and stitching, a handmade signature imports can't copy.
- Woven & printed labels: subtle inside or edge labels for co-branding and sponsor credits.
Methods can be combined: a printed event mark on the front with an embroidered sponsor logo on the gusset is a classic congress setup.

What we need from you
Your logo file
Vector (PDF, AI, EPS) is ideal. High-resolution PNG or JPG can work, so send what you have and we'll check it honestly.
Brand colours
Pantone, CMYK or hex references if you have them. We match as closely as fabric and method allow, and advise where they don't.
Sign-off time
You approve the layout before production, and where the timeline allows, a physical sample of your actual bag.

Branding FAQs
What artwork file do you need to brand our bags?
A vector file (PDF, AI or EPS) gives the sharpest result. If you only have a high-resolution PNG or JPG of your logo, send it anyway and we will check it and tell you honestly whether it will print cleanly at the size you need.
Can you match our exact brand colours?
Yes. Send your brand colour references (Pantone, CMYK or hex) with your artwork and we match them as closely as the chosen fabric and print method allow. Dark or textured fabrics can shift colours, so we advise on placement before production.
Can each bag carry the event logo and a sponsor logo?
Yes. Multiple logo placements (for example the event brand on the front panel and a sponsor logo on the gusset or an inside label) are a common request for congresses, and we plan placements with you before production starts.
Do you brand the lanyards as well as the bags?
Yes. Lanyards can be made in your event colours and branded to match the bags, so delegates receive a coordinated set at registration.
Can we see the branding before you produce the full order?
Yes. You approve the layout before production, and where the timeline allows we produce a sample of your customised bag so you can sign off the real thing, not just a mock-up.
